Cancellation Policy

Life happens and I understand that you may need to cancel. A credit card is required to book your appointment and I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Please review the following requirements so that we may all practice safety.

  • Please wear your face mask upon your discretion. A mask is NOT required.

  • Please stay home if you are sick, not feeling well, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19.

  • Please come alone for your appointment.

Q. Are you accepting new clients?
A.  Yes! I am accepting appointments for new clients. All new clients must select a “New Client Package” via my GlossGenius page. This package includes an initial consultation, cleanse, deep conditioning steam treatment, protein or strengthening treatment (if needed) and *styling. Final price determined based on style requested.

Q. Are you a licensed cosmetologist?
A. Yes! I was trained at the Aveda Institute and have maintained licensure since 2014 in both New York and California. Additionally, I am a certified DK Goddess Loc Master.

Q. Are deposits required for services?
A.  Deposits and consultations are required for the following services: DK Goddess Locs, Knotless Box Braids, Marley Twists, and any color appointments. Deposits are paid via the GlossGenius website at the time you book your appointment, are non-refundable, and are in addition of the cost of the service.

Q. Do I need to come with my hair washed?
A. No, I will cleanse and condition your hair prior to styling (unless otherwise specified) . However, clients are required to arrive with fully dentangled hair, free of matting and knots. If client is required to be dentangled prior to cleansing (ie: just took out braids) the cost is $25.

Q. Do you provide the hair for knotless box braids and other extension styles?
A. No, client is responsible for bringing their own hair. I will instruct you on what type of hair to purchase, where to buy it, and the quantity needed.

Q. Do you offer styling services for kids?
A. No, I ask that all clients be ages 13 and up.

Q. Where should I park?
A. The best parking is available in the paid parking garage below Salon Republic at 8383 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills. Salon Republic offers validation for the first hour. Parking is $4 for 4 hours with validation.
